(LucasFilm, 1980) This Yoda head was cast from the original mold as part of a 1986 original Yoda filming puppet restoration project for George Lucas. This latex foam head was rejected because of small bubbles on the face and another head was created and used for the restored Yoda puppet. The head was sealed in an acrylic case filled with nitrogen to slow oxidation to the piece. The display case measures 14" wide x 10" deep x 11" tall. A signed letter from a ILM Creature Shop Manager is included with the head confirming its use during the restoration project of 1986.
