Used in the special double 'Future's End' episodes from season 3.
20th century computer pioneer Henry Starling had a certificate in his Chronowerx office recognizing excellence in the field of Astronomical Sciences, stating that he had satisfactorily complied with all required courses and had shown outstanding skill as a professional in the area of astronomical sciences. The certificate hung behind his office, to the top left on a framed Technology Future cover.
