(Paramount-TV, 1987-94) This is an original concept art of the Romulan Warbird and USS Enterprise by Andrew Probert. The artwork was done in pencil and pen with several thumbnail sketches of the Warbird in various angles and is signed by Andrew Probert at the bottom right side. This exact art is featured on page 82 of "The Art of Star Trek" by Judith and Garfield Reeves-Stevens, as well as in the recent EagleMoss Star Trek Ships Collection Document detailing the creation of the Roulman Warbird. Probert himself preferred this orientation of the Warbird over the screen used one and later even published it in a "Ships of the Line" calendar. The other interesting aspect is that Probert (The principal designer of the NCC-1701-D) has hand drawn his Enterprise alongside the Warbird for size comparison. The art has been matted and framed, art measures 16.5" x 11.5" and the frame measures 23" x 18.25". Included with the art is page 82 of "The Art of Star Trek" that is also matted and framed, measuring 15.75" x 12.5".
