Star Trek Insurrection Data (Brent Spiner) Red Invisible Suit Hero & Stunt
In “Star Trek: Insurrection” (1998), the second feature length film based on the series “Star Trek: The Next Generation”, the Ba’ku people find a strange “chase” going on as an "invisible" Lieutenant Commander Data (Brent Spiner) is being chased by members of the equally "invisible" Starship USS Enterprise-E, who fear he has malfunctioned. They all wear their red helmeted, booted, and gloved "invisible" suits over their uniforms. This is a complete collection of both "hero" and "stunt double" pieces of the screen used "Invisible" Red Suit worn by Lt. Commander Data and his stunt double. The set includes Spiner's hero helmet and boots. Body suit is production made and could be either Hero or Stunt or both . Belt has the famous stunt double Brian Avery's name in it. Helmet and boots has Spiner's name inside. Also includes uniform gray shoulder piece as well as the tunic, with the screen matched "stressed" collar (in the scene where he removes his helmet and we only see his head "floating" in the air), and has "Data Dbl" written in the inseam of the tunic. Also includes production made gloves (however they are both "left hand" gloves!). Crew members and independent collectors have verified the authenticity of this item for "hero" and "stunt" matching. Comes with a COA from Premiere Props.
