Star Trek: Deep Space NineSword of Kahless Display Prop (1995).An incredible prop from Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. Designed by visual effects supervisor Dan Curry for the 81st episode of Deep Space Nine, this Kahless display prop is made of steel. Has Klingon writing engraved into the two protruding side lades, and the Klingon insignia cut into the center. The handle is wrapped in stripes of brown leather. Crafted by master knifemaker Gil Hibben (best known for the Rambo knife), he was contracted by Paramount to fabricate a display piece for the MGM Grand "Star Trek Experience." Only two were made. One was for the exhibit and this one for the personal collection of Curry. Signed by Curry with a silver felt tip with "1 or 2" written below. Hibben also signed it (and added "'97" underneath) with a black felt tip. Includes an 8 ½" x 11" photocopy of Curry's original concept sketch. This measures to 59 ¾" x 16". In Excellent condition.
