Made of resin.
Original set of 2 Gold-Pressed Latinum pieces used on the science fiction television series 'Star Trek: Deep Space Nine' (1993 - 1999), where in the vicinity of the liberated planet of Bajor, the Federation space station Deep Space Nine guards the opening of a stable wormhole to the far side of the galaxy.
As an interesting easter egg the Ferengi letters on the different styles of Latinum are supposed to be names of the film crew members including Dana Ginsberg, "Bear" Burge, Michael Moore, Shawna Hogan-Moore, Max Cervantes and Scott Brodeen.
