Robin has a solo feature in the issue, with Batman popping in for a brief cameo. Tomahawk and Captain Compass appear as well, and there's a turning point for this series - the Star Spangled Kid, who had been around since #1, loses his own feature to his sister Merry, the Girl of 1,000 Gimmicks. Overstreet 2006 VF 8.0 value = $488.
