Partial notarized DS, four pages, 8.5 x 12.5, October 9, 1958. Partial document outlining the contributions of Kubrick, Dandridge, and three others in an investment involving “oil, gas and other minerals,” in partnership with Doris Day, Gogi Grant, Marvin Miller, and Frank De Vol. Signed on the last page by Kubrick, Dandridge, Grant, Day, and six others. In fine condition, with expected light document wear. An interesting document with numerous cinematic associations: Dandridge and Day were celebrated actresses; De Vol was an Oscar-nominated film composer; and Kubrick an award-winning director.
