We only use DHL as carrier in order to secure and protect all parcels. Shipping fee will be calculated and provide by the carrier itself. There are no extra charges.
Payment Details:
The invoice will be sent through mail after 4 days of auction ends. The invoice includes the sales price, buyer premium, shipping fee. Buyers who failed to pay within the time frame will result in blacklisted and dispute will be opened.
Buyers/winners are responsible to pay for the invoice within 3 working days.

2. All bids is a contract and all sales are final. Questions are welcome before the placement of bids, no cancelation for any reasons will be accepted.
3. All buyers/bidders must register and provide identification prior to the start of the auction and before bidding. Katayzyna Auction reserves the right to refuse admission.

6. Lots are located in different locations by different consignors/collectors/our team warehouse, combined shipping can be offered if lots are located in the same place.

8. Katarzyna Auction believes that all items are genuine and authentic and will not knowingly sell a fake or forged item. All items are from professional collectors, dealers or consignors who offer authentic collectibles in different categories.
9. We only accept professional third party: JSA or JSA to review and examine the authenticity of the item. If either professional third party reviews the lot that you purchase in this auction fails the authentication and you are able to return the item as original state. We will refund the sale price in full. Shipping fee will not be refunded. If another grading agencies make a determination, the return and refund will not be issued or accepted.
10.A clear and licensed official documents from JSA or PSA must be provided, or return will not be accepted.
11. Request of return of orders must be done within 2 days after order has been received.
12. Buyers are responsible to pay for the shipping if returned is required.
