TLS, on a 5.5 x 3.25 postcard, September 24, 1963. Great letter to a fan answering several questions. In part: “The voices of Dick Van Dyke & Henry Calvin will not be used in the animated cartoon. Yes, Mr. Hardy & I played Ohio during our last vaudeville tour…The only difference tween ‘Our Gang’ & ‘Little Rascals’ is the name—M.G.M. Changed the name when they assumed production of this series. Yes, we used Stunt Men whenever necessary. The difference in Stars of today & those of the 20’s—30’s these of the 20’s are older!!” In fine condition, with light show-through from postal cancellation on reverse above signature.
