This is a 14 karat white gold ring with approximately .67 carats total weight of round, faceted, genuine blue sapphires set into milgrain bezels with approximately .08 carats total weight round, brilliant-cut, H-I, SI2 clarity diamonds also in milgrain bezels forming a staggered line.
