1868 Lot of 5 pieces. 1) Railroad Stage Line invoice, Hill Beachey, Prop’r. Dated July 1, 1868, datelined Silver City, Idaho Territory. Hilary “Hill” Beachy (1822-1875) was a colorful character who operated numerous stage lines in Idaho and Nevada, sometimes with the help of his nephew William C. Beachy, with whom he is often confused. He operated the Luna House hotel in Lewiston, ID from 1852-1865, when he started a line of stages [Ref: findagrave.com]. 2) N.W. Stage Company billhead, Silver City, I.T., March 19, 1872. 3) Murphy, DeLamar and Silver City Stage Line, J.C. Connors, Agent, Silver City, ID, July 8, 1901, note to E.L. Balland. 4. Murphy, DeLamar & Silver City Stage Line invoice, Nov. 1, 1902. 5) Charles Forney, Proprietor billhead, from the DeLamar Livery Stables & DeLamar & Silver City Stage Line, datelined DeLamar, ID, Jan. 1, 1902.
