1880, Minnesota. Stock certificate for 4 shares. Black with green underprint "COMMON STOCK" at center. Triple vignette of a steam locomotive flanked by steam ships at top. Issued to and signed on verso by Jay Cooke, Jr. (1845 - 1912). Overall age toning and rough right and bottom margins. Very Good. Pen and hole punch cancelled, neither affect Cooke's signature.
