Daily official program for the World's Fair or Louisiana Purchase Exposition in St. Louis on October 15, 1904, which played host to that year's Olympic Games, 16 pages, 6 x 9, providing schedules and descriptions of the day's diverse events, which includes: “Demonstration of Automatic Car Fender,” “U.S. Life Savers’ Drill,” and more. The program also features advertisements for the “Hale, Fire Fighters” and for the original Ferris Wheel, which had been built for the 1893 World's Columbian Exposition in Chicago, then transported to St. Louis for the Louisiana Purchase Exposition.
