An approximate .50 carat square-cut, sky blue topaz is bezel-set in a domed frame of ribbony swirls.& nbsp; The split shoulders taper to a & quot;comfort fit& quot; smooth, polished sterling silver shank that is approximately 3.75mm wide.& nbsp; The ring has a reticulated gallery plate.& nbsp; It is US size 7.5 and can be sized for an additional charge.
