This example was manufactured in 1925 with the scarce NB style sporter stock. The barrel is marked behind the front sight base "S A/flaming bomb/11-25". The receiver has the standard unaltered markings and there is a fully adjustable Lyman peep sight mounted to the right rear. The bolt is unnumbered and has "W L/3" on the top flat at the base of the handle. Mounted on a walnut pistol grip stock with finger grooves and a checkered steel buttplate. With a leather claw sling stamped "G.&K./1918".

Excellent, 90% plus original blue finish overall. There is some muzzle and high edge wear. There are some scratches along the barrel, on the barrel band, on the floor plate and on the trigger guard. The stock is very fine with scattered dings and scratches overall. The safety is stiff, otherwise mechanically fine. Sling is good.
