Arsenal rebuilt U.S. Military contact bolt action service rifle chambered in .30-06 Springfield, manufactured circa 1919. Features a parkerized finish, 24" barrel marked "SA (flaming bomb) 11-42", blade front sight, windage adjustable ladder style rear sight graduated to 2,700 yards, bayonet lug, two barrel bands, cut-out in the receiver to accept the Pedersen device, internal 5 round box magazine with cut-off on the left side of the receiver, smooth trigger, turned-down bolt handle, three-position safety on the rear of the bolt, sling swivels, smooth full-length walnut handguard, and straight grip shoulder stock with finger grooves in the forend, trapdoor metal buttplate, circled "P" & "RIA/FK" inside a rectangle cartouche. Rifle retains a very high percentage of finish on the barrel & barrel bands with the balance of the metal surfaces showing heavy finish wear with little thinned finish remaining. Action is smooth, the bore is excellent, and the wood stocks are very good with scattered blemishes. Condition is NRA Good. ***C&R Firearm***
