Spring operated 19th to early 20th-century dart pistol constructed of nickel plated cast iron marked patent on the left side with B over G makers mark showing crossed pistols. The pistol measures 10” overall with a 6” barrel and isapproximately 10 to 12 caliber. The arm is operated by a compress spring which is mounted in the butt and a cocking piece threads on to the bottom of the pistol allowing the depression of the spring to cock. An original wrench forremoving and replacing the spring is included along with two other operating tools, darts and led pellets for this pistol all contained within an old original to the period fabric lined case. The condition is very good plus to near fineshowing 80% to 90% original finish with some losses and slight erosion where the nickel has lifted. The dart pistol works well and will make your neighbors cats and birds dance and as those darts really sting just ask my employees. Est.:$500-$1,000
