Spencer factory sporting rifle, .46 rimfire caliber, 27” round barrel of medium weight, blue and case hardened finish, commercial walnut stocks, pewter forend cap, factory tang sight, serial #1326 offset on left side of frame indicating a factory manufactured sporter. The rifle remains in very good to near fine condition with approx. 75-85% original blue on barrel, thinning at the edges and on breech, just some beginning aging and a few light scratches. The barrel retains its original rear sight. The frame shows 50-70% case hardening just starting to tone and age nicely. The stocks are very good plus and show just a few minor scratches and storage marks and fit up to the metal perfectly. The tang re sight shows most of its bright original blue and is original to the gun with original screws. The buttplate shows 60-80% original case hardening as does the end of the magazine tube. The markings are sharp, the action tight, the bore is near excellent. An exceptional Spencer sporting rifle that probably went west in the early frontier era. Est: $3,500 - $7,000

Little John's will pay for packing and materials. Buyer pays actual costs of shipping and insurance. All International purchases will be sent to an exporter for shipment to foreign countries. International buyers agree to pay all cost incurred including all shipping, insurance, exporter fees, all custom and duty fees associated with shipment. Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Regulations apply and MUST be strictly followed.
