Spencer Penrose. DS. 1pp. 10" x 14 3/4". n.p. 1901. An "United States Reduction and Refining Company" bind for $1,000 signed by Spencer Penrose as company treasurer. There is a magnificent engraving of a processing plant at the top. One complete page of coupons is attached. A stamp cancellation affects the first two letters of the autograph, but the entire piece is in very fine condition overall.
