Featured in this lot is this Speer Bullets ordinance display advertisement. In 1943 Vernon Speer started building bullets because reloaders couldn't get the components they needed from ammo companies during World War II. The company was and is in Lewiston Idaho. The display shows a beautiful display of fifty-five bullets from .22 40Gr to 375 285Gr. Two bullets are missing from the display a .30 110Gr and a .35 220Gr. The display is on a painted black board with the Speer name, logo, and bullet information in red, yellow, and white. On the back of the display is a March 1 1960 price and information sheet. The condition of this ordinance display is fair with the note of the two missing rounds, and minor signs of wear and display. The measurements are 16" x 12".
