Very fine. The barrel and magazine tube retain 90% original blue finish with some thinning, scattered minor scratches, dings and some minor spotting. The receiver and lever retain 60% original case colors with a smooth gray patina on the balance. The wood has been refinished and there is a large repair on the stock, as well as a moderate chip on the toe and the toe of the buttplate. Overall there are a few minor dings and handling marks. The markings are clear. The action is fine. The full box of ammunition is good but absent of its lid, the other box has the lid but the bottom is deteriorating. Both have some wear, signs of aging and stains.
