Higbee for 1000 shares; signed by Arthur Brock as Vice President and Clyde Heller, Treasurer; printed by American Banknote Co., Philadelphia. Litho; U/C. Red border with the state seal of Delaware as the vignette. Endorsed on back by Higbee. The mine was located on Bonanza Mountain. Higbee was very active in Nevada. Arthur Brock (signature on stock), Governor Charles Miller of Delaware and Higbee purchased the original Jim Butler mining claims in 1901 including the Mizpah.
