Spear point Bowie knife marked Joseph Rodgers maker Rodgers & Sons cutlers to the R majesties Sheffield", also stamped S W Silver & Co, Cornhill London at center of blade with same marking on throat of the scabbard. The blade measures 8", the knife measures 12-7/8" overall; the blade has been sharpened and cleaned, slightly reduced during use. The grip is a nicely patinaed stag horn, shows 2 large chips. The scabbard is goodwith normal leather aging, circa 1870s-90s. Est.: $400-$800

We are open Tuesday thru Friday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Little John's will be closed the Friday after the auction. Preview on October 27th 7 28th 9:00 to 11:00 am each day.

Little John's will pay for packing and materials. Buyer pays actual costs of shipping and insurance. All International purchases will be sent to an exporter for shipment to foreign countries. International buyers agree to pay all cost incurred including all shipping, insurance, exporter fees, all custom and duty fees associated with shipment. Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Regulations apply and MUST be strictly followed.
