Sparks-Harrell Co. 1907 billhead from San Jacinto
Different bill head style from previous example. November 4, 1907 expense account for Lewis Harrell. San Jacinto was a major shipping point for sheep and cattle, but when the Oregon Short Line arrived in 1925, business really picked up. John Sparks would become the 10th Governor of Nevada in 1903. By the time this billhead was in use, Sparks had focused his business interests on his Alamo Ranch near Reno. San Jacinto was named by him for a town in his native state of Texas. Difficult Nevada billhead.
