Spanish Joaquin Torrents Llado (1946-1993) ''Giverny: Monet's House'' XII/XC Serigraph, visual measures 28.5''W x 30''L, triple matted and under glass, seal in lower left corner reads ''Galleria PROVA Inc. with the Roman Numerals XII/XC, hand signed by artist in lower right corner, this stamped serigraph was purchased in Monterey, California in 1990, it was matted and framed in Hershey, Pennsylvania, this piece comes with a hardcover book titled ''J. Torrents Llado'' by Tetsuro Murobushi and is autographed by the artist, Giverny: Monet's House is featured on page 49 of this book, Artist Bio: Llado was an artist of exceptional talent and immense charm. He lived and painted Majorca, Spain, which is often referred to as the mystical island of the Mediterranean. He was internationally known for his life like portraits and his impressionist landscapes. The art world praised him for his use of light and shadow, his control of chiaroscuro and impressionism, and for having the ''atmospheric perspective of Leonardo.'' In his landscapes he uses primary colors under optimal sunlight in order to represent the billiance of nature.
