Six items from the personal collection of NASA Chief Engineer of Operations, Glenn Watkins: commemorative medallion celebrating the Space Shuttle program, containing metal flown on a mission; Apollo-Soyuz medallion containing metal from both Apollo and Soyuz spacecrafts; medallion commemorating the 25th anniversary of NASA, containing metal flown aboard the Space Shuttle Columbia, November 11–16, 1982; vintage tie clasp featuring an image of the Lunar Module Descent Engine built by TRW; marble block with a plaque that reads, “NASA Space Station Concept Development Group, Glenn W. Watkins, May 1983–April 1984”; and an audio CD of the Mission Control voice loops for ascent and descent during the first lunar landing. In overall fine condition. The consignor, Glenn Watkins, was the NASA Apollo Flight Controller and notes that of personal interest and rarity is the LM-Descent Engine pin.
