Three items attested to as being flown during a Space Shuttle mission:

A 2.25 x 2 section of St. Gobain / Mystik Kapton tape used by the closeout crew of the STS-135 mission to seal the main hatch of the Space Shuttle Atlantis, affixed to a presentation sheet signed by Travis Thompson, the astronaut closeout crew chief from 1989 to 2013. Includes a 6 x 3.5 section of similar tape (not confirmed as mission-used), an embroidered Astronaut Closeout Crew patch, and two photos of closeout crew members.

A 1.25 x 6 cut-section of Thermal Control System (TCS) Blanket attested to as being flown as part of Space Shuttle Atlantis on STS-86 from September 26 to October 6, 1997, affixed to a copy of a NASA deaccession sheet signed in black felt tip by aerospace memorabilia specialist Ken Havekotte. Includes a small swatch of TCS Blanket affixed to a 3.5 x 2 card prepared by Paul Hartunian, who attested to its flown status aboard STS-86.

A 2 x 1 piece of metal attested as being flown on the STS-54 mission, adhered to a copy of a KSC deaccession sheet with an affixed NASA ‘Critical Space Item’ label. In overall fine condition.
