General Nikolai Kamanin was the head of cosmonaut training for the Soviet space program's first generation of cosmonauts (1960-71). Kamanin signed this report just two days after Luna 9 became the first spacecraft to achieve a survivable landing on the lunar surface. $3,000 - $5,000
