Large cloth Velcro-close flag pouch carried to the space station Salyut-6 aboard Soyuz-26 and returned to Earth on Soyuz-27, measuring approximately 7.75˝ x 35˝, featuring a large Soviet Union patch at the top and imprinted in red: "CCCP." Marked in black felt tip, "Flown 96 Days on Soyuz-26, Salyut-6, Soyuz-27," and signed below by Flight Engineer Georgi Grechko and Commander Yuri Romanenko. In fine condition.

The first resident crew of the Salyut-6 space station, Yuri Romanenko and Georgy Grechko, arrived aboard the Soyuz-26 spacecraft on December 10, 1977. They stayed for 96 days before returning to Earth aboard Soyuz-27, landing west of Tselinograd on March 16, 1978.
