Very good, basket sides sag a little, minor berry stains from use on interior, paper label with number "49.774" stapled to basket.

<p>Condition of Items in the Sale. Cowan’s Historic Americana Auctions does not warrant the condition of any lot sold. ALL PROPERTY IS SOLD AS IS, and neither Cowan’s nor the consignor makes any warranties or representations of any kind or nature with respect to the property or it’s value, and in no event shall they be responsible for correctness of description, genuineness, attribution, provenance, authenticity, authorship, completeness, condition of the property or estimate of it’s value. <p>HOW DO I BID?
<p>Internet bidding through icollector and ebaylive auctions is offered as a service to our customers, and prospective bidders shall not hold the auctioneer or his staff responsible for any errors or failures in executing bids, nor shall they hold the auctioneer responsible for any failure due to the loss of the auction applet supplied to Cowan’s by ebayliveauctions.
