Song of Songs - Yaron Livay - The original collection of cuts and linoleum plates prepared for the book! The book was published in London in 1995 in a limited edition of only 51 numbered copies! The collection includes 69 linoleum plates, an aluminum plate, 4 plates of the binding (2 automatic) and 3 prints of each plate (with no patterned prints), together with four prints signed by the artist and framed. He founded "Flying Sugar Press" (the name derived from the technique of engraving the "sugar") in order to create fine-grained artist's books in small hand-illustrated editions, illustrated with etchings, sucking, woodcuts or monotones. Livres d'Artiste was purchased by the National Library of the Victoria and Albert Museum and many others by internationally respected private collections. One of the books published by Liwei himself, the Song of Songs, and before us the original tables.
