Smith & Wesson top break DA revolver, .38 cal., special order 8” barrel, blue finish, checkered black hard rubber grips, #180215 (all matching visible numbers including an extra “10” on the barrel assembly); bottom of grips period inscribed “H.W. Chead Co.”. This gun is in overall very good condition showing approx. 30% original finish with scattered spots of erosion and pin prick pitting, primarily on the front left portionof the barrel and front sight, good bore, action needs adjustment and is sluggish from long storage, grips are good; inscription should be further researched and gun should be factory lettered. Buyer pays all cost of materials, handling, packing etc. Buyer pays actual costs of shipping and insurance. All International purchases will be sent to an exporter for shipment to foreign countries.
