Smith & Wesson model 41, .22 caliber, semi-automatic pistol, exhibition quality engraved, multicolor gold inlaid, magnificent carved ivory grips by master engraver John Warren. Cased with accessories, serial #11607. The pistol shows detailed scroll and flush gold borders and accenting scrolls with multicolor gold fox with game bird on front of slide, raven on right side of slide, multicolor squirrel on rear of slide, with high relief white gold boars head on bottom front of frame. The ivory grips are beautifully carved and checkered by Warren in his well-known scroll and panel style. The bottom of the grips are capped in engraved gold accents. The bottom of the frame is signed John Warren, engraver. The bottom of the magazine is engraved and gold inlaid with “S&W”. The pistol is fine to excellent as finish at time of engraving, just showing slight handling and use. 99% plus. Even the muzzle collar is engraved. The pistol is equipped with a 5-1/8 heavy barrel, numbered “1”. Also included are a 5-1/2”heavy barrel numbered “2”, a 6-7/8” barrel with compensator numbered “3”. With extra weights, and bushings. Extra barrels and weights are engraved to match. The pistol is contained within
