Smith & Wesson model 1-1/2, old model, .32 caliber single action revolver, finely New York style engraved, gold and silver washed, raised carved pearl grips, serial #13593. The revolver is deluxe Nimschke style engraved with fully engraved cylinder and ornate scrolls. The grips are relief carved with American eagle on left holding banner. The grips are extra thick and at least very good plus. The pistol shows 90% of an old replated finish with good edges and markings. The cylinder and ejector show rich gold which is also an old replate. The hammer and small parts show restored blue and case hardened finish. The action is good, the bore is slightly rough. A very attractive 19th century engraved Smith with great grips. From the Bernard Braverman Collection. Est: $2,000 - $4,000
