Smith & Wesson model 1-1/2 Old model, New York style scroll engraved through the original blue finish, varnish wood grips, .32 rimfire, serial number “20215”. The revolver remains in original good to very good condition with 20-40% original blue evenly drifting and toning to a light grey patina. Some minor surface erosion, pinprick pitting, mostly on the top of the barrel and back of the cylinder. The barrel address is good, the hammer shows 50% case hardening. The varnish wood grips are good to very good with 50-60% original varnish. The action is tight, the bore is fair to good. Occasionally New York engravers would cut through the original blue and not finish the revolver which is the case in this example. Est: $700 - $1,400
