Smith & Wesson New Model No. 3 Target, Single-Action .38-44 caliber revolver. Nickel plated, hard rubber grips, serial #1939. The pistol remains in very good to near fine original condition with 80-90% originalnickel. Some minor drifting and flaking, and areas where flaked gone to grey with some erosion and pinprick pitting just starting. Some minor scratches, good edges, sharp markings, bright original blue on sights andrelease latch. The cylinder shows two index lines. The hammer shows some original case hardening. The grips are very good. The action is good, the bore is bright and near excellent. Est: $3,000 - $6,000
