This is a rare Smith & Wesson Springfield, MASS. Model K-22 K Frame .22 long rifle CTG double action revolver. The revolver comes with a Swift 2x,22 scope with Weaver 1" scope rings and a B-Square scope rail. The pistol has a serial number of K23878 and was manufactured in the 1950's. This has overall good condition with the original checkered grips and only slight holster wear at the end of the barrel. Double action works flawlessly. Marked under barrel, "K41784." Great Post-WWII K-frame revolver.

This is a legal agreement between you, the user or buyer, and North American Auction Company. You must be at least 18 years old to bid. North American Auction Company. No bids can be withdrawn after the auction for any reason. Consent to Suit in Montana. In the event of legal proceedings arising from this contract or from the auction in connection therewith, buyer consents to being subject to the personal jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Montana. Buyer also agrees that venue shall be in Gallatin County, Montana and that the laws of the State of Montana shall govern this Agreement and the parties' transaction hereunder. The BUYER expressly agrees to indemnify and save the Auction Co., Seller and their assigns harmless from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damage or liability, (including, but not limited to, attorney's fees), directly or indirectly caused by or resulting from Buyer's negligent acts or omissions or breach of this agreement, except for damages caused by or resulting from the Auction Co.'s sole negligence. All items must be paid for prior to removal; if storage arrangements are not made in advance of bidding on items. Storage will start March 22th 2015 and will be charged $10 per day per item. If there is a dispute on the authenticity of an item, the only professional opinion that will be considered is from a curator of a well-known museum.
