This is a Smith & Wesson Springfield, MASS. Model 65-2 double action six shot revolver in S&W .357 Combat Magnum caliber. The revolver is in a stainless steel finish with black grips. The pistol is in overall very good condition with some handling wear (Inspect pictures for condition). Excellently smooth flawless function and accurate pistol. The piece has a serial number of 7D4500 and was manufactured in 1981.

In the event of legal proceedings arising from this contract or from the auction in connection therewith, buyer consents to being subject to the personal jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Montana. Buyer also agrees that venue shall be in Gallatin County, Montana and that the laws of the State of Montana shall govern this Agreement and the parties' transaction hereunder. The BUYER expressly agrees to indemnify and save the Auction Co., Seller and their assigns harmless from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damage or liability, (including, but not limited to, attorney's fees), directly or indirectly caused by or resulting from Buyer's negligent acts or omissions or breach of this agreement, except for damages caused by or resulting from the Auction Co.'s sole negligence. All items must be paid for prior to removal; if storage arrangements are not made in advance of bidding on items. Storage will start March 22th 2015 and will be charged $10 per day per item. If there is a dispute on the authenticity of an item, the only professional opinion that will be considered is from a curator of a well-known museum. We do our best to represent items; this is an auction with NO warranties or returns. Do not bid unless you agree to all of the terms above.
