This revolver was donated by B& C Professional Member and Official Measurer Mark Bara, who has served the Boone and Crockett Club for 46 years!
Features include an 8 3/8-inch barrel with a red-post front sight, raised matted rib, adjustable white outline rear sight, wide color case target hammer with checkered spur, wide color case target trigger with smooth face and checkered rosewood target grips.
The cylinder was replaced at the factory, hence the "XX" marking on the crane. The bore is bright and shiny, action smooth and overall metal finish is approximately 95 percent. A light varnish crazing is visible in the grip finish. The original box including cleaning items is present. The serial number is 98K1881.

Shipping arrangements and payments are to be made solely by the winning bidder with the shipper of their choice. The Boone and Crockett Club assumes no responsibility or liability of shipped items. No hard item merchandise will be delivered to buyers until the Boone and Crockett Club bank confirms full payment has been received. All hard merchandise may not be shipped until 30 days after the close of auction.

No hard item merchandise will be delivered to buyers until B&C bank confirms full payment has been received. All sales are final. NO RETURNS OF MERCHANDISE WILL BE ACCEPTED. Bidders paying by credit card require prior approval. No payments will under any circumstances be accepted from any third party not being a successful qualified Bidder. Any bid made at a Boone and Crockett Club auction, whether in person at a live auction, by phone, on-line or at a silent auction, constitutes an unconditional offer to buy the item in question at the price bid. Unless a higher and subsequent bid is made, your bid creates a binding contract of purchase, obligates you to sign the bid ticket or, in the case of a phone bid, authorizes the person who took the bid to sign on your behalf AND requires that the bid amount be paid prior to the close of the auction.
Any failure of compliance with the provision above will result in the addition of any costs incurred because of non-compliance, plus the addition of interest at the rate of 1% per month, or portion thereof, that payment is late.
Most goods in the live and silent auctions and fund-raising areas have been acquired or obtained from third parties. The Boone and Crockett Club does not accept any liability or responsibility for any product, design, or use. Any written warranties on the goods delivered to the high bidder are those solely of the manufactures, and/or their agents, and shall be the sole liability and responsibility of the manufacturer.
All services, hunts, or otherwise, in the live and silent auctions and fund-raising areas have been acquired for and are to be furnished by third parties and contain the same reservation set forth under “goods” above. No services in the live auction are to be or will be performed by the Boone and Crockett Club. The Boone and Crockett Club shall bear no responsibilities for the delivery or quality of any of the services, or for any loss or damages arising from or related to or connected with the performance or non-performance of such services. The purchaser also acknowledges that in the event that services are purchased, the Boone and Crockett Club cannot be responsible for or liable for any political unrest or instability that may occur outside the United States. The Boone and Crockett Club cannot be accountable for any injuries or damages that may arise there from.
