This pistol comes with a letter from the Logistics Division of the Indiana State Police, which identifies this pistol as having been used by the State Police for shooting matches and other competitive events. It was donated by the Indiana Ford Dealers Association in 1965, and is engraved as such on the right side of the barrel near the muzzle. Markings are otherwise standard, with Patridge front and adjustable rear sights, trigger stop, serrated trigger and checkered thumb rest grips. With factory box numbered to the gun.

Excellent, with 97% of the original blue finish, showing some light handling marks and a small amount of spotting. Grips are excellent, with minor scratches and dents. Box is very good, with some wear and tear. Mechanically excellent.
