Manufactured early 1960's, with standard markings, blade front and notch rear sight, checkered hammer, and serrated trigger. Grips are Mexican made engraved silver, with raised gold Mexican eagle at the top, diamond in the center and the Mayan calendar at the bottom. Maker's mark is stamped into the bottom of each panel. Includes presentation case for grips and a pair of original checkered walnut S&W silver medallion grips.

Stock:
Gauge: 38 S&W special
Finish: nickel
Grips: silver/gold
Serial Number: C698578
Condition: Good, as re-nickeled, with 95% of the finish remaining. Some minor handling marks overall, with a faint cylinder drag line. There is some pin prick pitting on the cylinder and along left side of top strap. The front sight has been modified and the rear sight has been opened up. The silver grips are very good, with light handling marks. Walnut grips are good, with some overall wear, smoothing of the checkering and some verdigris around the S&W medallions. Presentation case is very good, with some light wear. Mechanically excellent.
