Smith & Wesson First Model DA revolver, .44 cal., 6” barrel, nickel finish, checkered black hard rubber grips, #10973. This gun is in overall very good to excellent condition showing approx. 90% original nickel finish with small losses and pin prick pitting on a portion of the cylinder rear, both sides of the frame and on the barrel; excellent bore, sharp markings, crisp action, very good grips. The case color on the hammer and trigger is excellent and the majority of the blue on the trigger guard is present. A nice big frame Smith & Wesson DA. Est.: $1,500-$3,000.
