2nd Model SN: 64763 Revolver, Double-action. 6-rd cylinder. WW1 Era. manufactured 1915 to 1917 mostly for the British, and Canadian Military markets. Designated the MK II by the British Armed Forces. 6 1/2" round barrel, with large front sight blade, and notch/groove on top of the frame. Blued metal finish, and case-hardened hammer. Square-butt, checkered S&W grips. Pinned barrel, and smooth trigger. 2-line address on top of barrel. "Smith & Wesson .455" on left side of barrel. S&W logo on right frame. Matching serial numbers. British proofed on frame, and butt. Action is crisp/tight. Bore, and cylinder chambers appear excellent/bright, but a little dirty. Grips are very good, with a few minor chips. Blued metal finish is about 75%, with holster wear/loss mainly to the front end of the barrel, and the top of the frame. NRA Condition-Very good. Modern Firearm. C&R Eligible.
