Included in this lot we have a Smith & Wesson double action hand ejector third model revolver chambered for the .32 long cartridge. The revolver features a six-shot swing out cylinder, blue'd finish, 4 1/4" barrel, serrated hammer, fixed sights, and wonderful walnut checkered grips. The revolver is marked in a number of places, reading; "SMITH & WESSON" on the left side of the barrel, "SMITH & WESSON SPRINGFIELD MASS. U.S.A - PATENTED FEB. 6. 06. SEPT. 14. 09. DEC.29. 14" on the top of the barrel, "32 LONG CTG" on the right side of the barrel, "MADE IN U.S.A." on the right side of the frame, showing the trademark "S&W" Medallion on the left side of the frame, "PAT JUNE. 5. 1917." on the bottom of the grips, "REG U.S. PAT. OFF" on the back of the hammer, finally, the revolver is marked with matching serial numbers "476162" on the front of the grips, the back of the cylinder, and the underside of the barrel. The revolver shows good condition overall, with good blue finish, and very good walnut fixtures - the finish does show some holster wear on the end of the barrel and top of the frame, and light pitting in spots. Mechanically the revolver is in good condition, with a bright bore, showing strong rifling. The action is tight and shows good timing, with good cylinder lockup. The revolver qualifies as a Curio & Relic Handgun, and requires FFL Transfer or NICS Background Check. Serial Number: 476162
