Smith & Wesson 2nd model .38 caliber single action revolver, nickel finish, wood grips, serial #4495. The revolver remains in very good plus original condition showing 80-90% nickel, some erosion and pitting where nickel has lifted on cylinder and right side of frame. Grips are good to very good, normal wear, action good, markings good, bore good. Traces of case hardening on hammer. Made about 1872. Est: $200 - $400
