SN: 205659 '1937' Altered large frame double action revolver chambered in .45 ACP which was part of the 25,000 piece order from the Brazilian government. Imported by Navy Arms of Ridgefield, New Jersey with import marks on the frame under the left grip. Features a blued refinish, pinned barrel which has been shortened to 3 1/4", round blade front sight, square notched rear sight, non-shrouded ejector rod, fluted six-shot cylinder, serrated .275" trigger with wide trigger shoe installed, .265" hammer with knurled spur, five screw square butt N frame and Pachmayr Gripper one-piece checkered black rubber finger groove grip. Serial numbers match on the butt, cylinder face, barrel flat, and extractor. Revolver exhibits approximately 90% of it's blued refinish showing a drag line on the cylinder(which has turned plum), scattered handling wear and pitting on the frame under the grips. Action is smooth with good lock-up, the bore is excellent and the rubber grip is very good. Condition is NRA Good as refinished. ***C&R Firearm***
