Group of fifteen original vintage color satin-finish 5 x 5 candid photographs of the recovery of the Skylab 2 Command Module following its successful splashdown in the Pacific Ocean. Most images show the capsule being lifted from the ocean onto the deck of the prime recovery ship, the USS Ticonderoga. Once the capsule has been safely lowered to the deck of the ship, astronauts Conrad, Kerwin, and Weitz are seen emerging in their orange flight suits. All bear "This paper manufactured by Kodak" watermarks on the reverse. In overall fine condition. These are not reproductions of official NASA glossies, but actually shot onboard by an unidentified person with a camera.
