These two silver and amber brooches are crafted in the Scandinavian Skonvirke style. Both designs are typical Art Nouveau with their extravagant floral ornament and moonstone cabochons. The brooch by Grann & Loglye is crafted in an elaborate fashion and adorned with the semi-precious stones. The brooch designed by Simon Sorensen is a delicately designed.



The brooches are in good condition with minimal signs of age and wear. The dimensions are 7 x 6 cm and 5 x 1.3 cm and the overall weight is 11 grams. The hallmarks “S.S.” and “G.L.” stand for the makers and “830S” define the purity. (khe)
