<B>Sixth Plate Ambrotype of Gentleman (Krainik 156),</B></I> ca. mid 1850s, signed “Ambrotype by Knecht” on gilt brass mat, housed in rare thermoplastic case embossed on both sides with “Profile of a Patriarch”, <I>Krainik 156</B></I>. The photographer of this image would have been Reuben Knecht of Easton, Pennsylvania.
